The Elise Trophy Go Motorsport race on the Silverstone International circuit on 10th October was shown as part of the BBC's coverage of the F1 season finale at Abu Dhabi. The featured Elise Trophy race was shown in two parts, with pre-race and qualifying on Saturday 31st October and the race itself on Sunday 1st November. Jake Humphrey, the frontman for BBC's Formula 1 coverage, raced for the first time at Silverstone and had an incident-filled day to say the least!

Rome inks five-year contract on Friday, F1 race

Kimi's attempts at Rallying got me thinking. Prior to Stefan Bellof dying at Spa, formula 1 drivers used to race in numerous categories of racing. Would you like to see F1 drivers trying other forms of motorsport between rounds. They do have the time on their hands seeing that they are not allowed to test anymore. Plus we could see how they go against good drivers in other
